SPARTAN TRAINING- 8x Sessions was due to start MARCH 2020, has been postponed till 09th Aug at this stage, tickets are not for sale, but you can register for interest by emailing us to stay in the loop. These sessions will be on each Sunday either outdoors or at Flipside Circus.

Build the physical and mental skills you need to tackle your next Obstacle Course Race (OCR), with our OCR Skills and Mindset workshop. Our Strength and Conditioning Coach will put you through your paces, teach you the essentials of obstacle racing, and inspire you to move better and train smarter. Our Performance Psychologist will be discussing topics including race preparation, mental toughness and coping with performance anxiety, to help you develop the mental skills to take your race performance to the next level, or as a beginner, encourage you to get you to the start line!

Whether it be a Spartan Race, True Grit, Tough Mudder, Canungra Combat Challenge, or simular, our specific obstacles such as, the 8foot wall, multi-rig, traverse rope, vertical rope climb, hercules hoist, balance beams, bucket brigade, atlas carry, as well as running drills, will prepare you for your next OCR event!

Performance Psychologist Richard Fryer, who currently works with Queensland Academy of Sport, Sunshine Coast Lightning Netball Team, and Archery Australia, will provide participants with an interactive presentation on mindset, drawing on his experiences of working with athletes at events including, the 2016 Paralympic Games, 2018 Olympic Winter Games and 2018 Commonwealth Games. 

Hosted by Elite Obstacle Racer, Global Spartan Race Ambassador, Spartan SGX/ Strength and Conditioning Coach and Owner of Saorsa-Freedom Beyond Fitness Jodie Tully; you can expect a challenging, fun, safe, and supportive environment in an iconic location, this special event is not to be missed!
